Help with some things, please!

1. Today, I got bored of that xp folder icon, so I went and changed the icon
to a different icon, and when I click on any folder, it only opens search, so
I tried putting it back the way it was but it still opens search. How can I
put it back, because the folders refuse to open :all I see is search.

I do not have a restore point
