Help with Scheduler

When I set up a task to run under Windows XP Professional I get the
following message: The new task has been created but may not run because the
account information could not be set. 0x80070057 - the parameter is
incorrect.

I entered my password when scheduling the task and I am logged in as
administrator. I am running as part of a workgroup and not a domain. What
is missing?????
