Help With Scanner???

My Scanner works fine but there is one problem???

My scanner is not listed in the scanners and cameras???

I am using a Colorado 9600 USB Scanner. Any help would appreciated
 
did you try to reinstall the scanner by using the scanner and camera
installation wizard?
