Please help me. I had a harddrive crash and bought a new one with 80GB. I had Windows XP installed and it was working fine for 2 days. On the 3rd day, I was in the process of installing my cam and my printer and my mouse stopped working and froze in the middle of my screen. Its a GE Scroll mouse and I uninstalled and reinstalled it with my disk, but it remains frozen. When I turn on my computer I get an error message that my run.dll module had trouble loading. Is this preventing me from being able to install my mouse and my cam and my printer? How do I repair the problem? Do I have to uninstall Windows XP? Trying to maneuver using just my tab and arrow keys is getting to be a pain. PLEASE HELP ME OR STEER ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!!!!!!!

Sounds like a driver conflict. See if you can download updated
drivers for your video card, printer, and cam? (camera? web cam?).
You might also think about a new mouse. They're inexpensive.
