Can anyone help remove this its stuffing my computer if
u download it u cant restart and it plays havok with reg

If add/remove programs isn't an option, try system restore and restore your
machine to a restore point prior to the program install. If you have
problems shutting down and/or booting, try safe mode.

Isn't there an entry for it in Add/Remove Programs? If not, try going
into Safe Mode and do a System Restore to before you installed the
program. BTW, I installed the latest Shockwave on my XP box and it
seems fine, so I don't think it's an XP issue.
