help with Remote Procedure Call

My computer keeps shutting down after approximately 5
minutes or less, while online. An error message pops up
that reads: System Shutdown by the NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM
Windows needs to shutdown and restart due to a remote
procedure call (or words to that effect). Then I got a
message that read MS03-026 buffer overun...I, obviously,
am clueless as to how to fix this. . . ideas????
