remote procedure call (rpc)

Please...... can someone tell me how to stop
a system shutdown which happens everytime I connect to the
internet called by something called " NT AUTHORITY
SYSTEM" its a remote procedure call ( rpc) and it just
shuts down the laptop after 5 minutes........
