Help with outlook

I'm using outlook 2003, I want to be able to bring in my old contacts for
express, but my problem is that I saved the file as a .wab file,

Is there a way that I can open this file so that I can get my contact?

The windows address book can work with the wab. Once you get the wab
imported in the windows address book, you can export to a csv file or use
the import/export engine in Outlook to bring the entries over.
