Help with outlook 2000

When I attach a document in outlook 2000 it attaches it
into the mail message. How do I either get an atachment
pane under the "cc" and "subject" panes, or I have seen
the screen split horizontally and the inserted document is
shown below the message.

Don't use Rich Text format. Use Plain Text or HTML.
