help with ntoskrnl.exe

hey my ntoskrnl.exe file in Xp is curuped it will let me log for like 4 min
then it will rest and tel me that the file is curuped then rest and do
nothing.....i got the file from the windows xp cd and unziped it and put it
in my system file hoping that it would fix it but i still get the error some
one plz help thank you
