Help with .NET passport

Just did a Windows Update.
And now while I'm trying to study I keep getting this popup asking me to,
'Add a .NET Passport to my Windows XP user account'.
Well, I'm not interested! Pressing Cancel only gets rid of it for a short
time. How do I stop it from continually nagging me?

When you install Windows XP a balloon reminder is shown to prompt you to enter a
Microsoft .NET Passport. This reminder can be disabled if you are not using Passport
or MSN Messenger.
