Was the second system exactly the same setup as the one you are having
problems with your software on?
It is possible for things to work correctly on one system and not another
because files can become corrupt.
Did you perform a clean install of XP or Did you just install on top of
Millennium?
Try uninstalling the Kodak Software and shutdown all programs running in the
background then reinstall the software. If you still have problems try the
driver update suggestion or at least check to make sure you have the latest
driver.
To further help you please post what diffculty you are having with the
software.

I recently switched my operating system from Millenium to XP Home and I am
having difficulty getting my Kodak Easyshare software to work. I have
downloaded the most recent version of the software from Kodak's website
already. I spent two hours on the phone with their technical support and
their suggestion is that my HP Pavilion USB driver needs an update
installed. I have verified that the camera and software operate normally on
another computer so the issue is not with the camera or software. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
