help with IRQ settings

My video card and my audio have the same IRQ 16
settings . It wont let me change my settings, it's grayed
out and it's on automatic settings. How do I manually
change the settings?

Why do you want to change them? Are they working? It's not uncommon for
two (or more) devices to share an IRQ. If you want to force the devices to
certain IRQs, you usually have to do that in the BIOS setup. If the video
card is a PCI card, perhaps swapping their physical locations in the slots
will help.
