Help with home page

Since comcast has taken over my high speed service from
at&t, my home page has changed from yahoo to netscape.
In the TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, the window opens
fine, but the place where i can change my home page is
locked so i cant change it. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

Have you checked with Comcast tech support. We might give you a lot of
suggestion but if they have locked the home page it would be best for them
to tell you what to do.
