Help with growing reseved system file on harddrive

My defragmenter (Diskkeeper) is showing I have over 10 Gigs in a reserved
system file.

I have erased all internet shortcuts and temp files. I have minimized my
page file and Recycle bin to almost nothing. I have reduced system restore to
nothing. I have erased all temporary files in docs and windows. Nothing seems
to get of it and is growing. In short I have erased any file I can access
that is temporary in nature.

Any ideas?????
 
Have you scanned with Ad-aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, Pest Patrol,
Spyware Blaster and a good anti-virus application?
 
Does the file have a name?
What folder is it in?
What's the path?
