I'm trying to access a file through a wireless network, but an error message
keeps popping up saying I don't have permission. I'm pretty sure it's because
the file is private.

When I enabled a password for my account, it asked if I wanted to make my
folders and files private, and I accidentally clicked yes. Now, I can't make
them unprivate.

So how do I fix this so I can access the files from the other computer?

As you can see, it won't let me uncheck the box to make it unprivate.

Boot to Safe Mode, and log on to the default 'Administrator' account,
(in Pro edition this is possible by pressing ctrl-alt-delete Twice at the
Welcome screen)

A Security tab will be visible in the folder rightchick Properties.
You can add the other account to the Permissions.
