Help with Eml stationery in 2003

On my old Front Page 2000 and 2002 I was able to make eml stationery and keep
the files in a folder in My Documents and was able to access the eml there.
Now with the Front Page 2003 my eml's are still there, but they have changed
from Send to, to Reply/Forward and when I do this my Email address comes up
like forwarding an unclean email. Can you please help me make these eml's
look like the ones in Front page 2000 or Front page 2002

I think this has something to do with a Microsoft Security patch for Outlook
Express that was released sometime in the spring. You should ask about this
in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
