Help with embedded spreadsheets

I have to update an embedded excel spreadsheet in ppt. After editting data it
wont allow the whole spreadsheet to be viewed. Any advice or suggestions
would be great!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your quick response to my problem, unfortunetly due to my lack
of expierence with ppt. I am stil unable to achieve the result I am looking
for. I can't really bring the object into ppt as a picture because at this
point in the project it is a must to be able to format the data that is
needed to be inputted into excel.
