Help with DLLRegisterServer error

I have a customer receiving a windows update error:

An error occurred calling "DLLRegisterServer" in
C:\Winnt\sytem32\vbscript.dll (HRESULT=8002801c).

Does anyone have a clue on this?

Error is "Error accessing the OLE registry."

Try re-registering (using Run command - regsvr32
c:\winnt\system32\vbscript.dll) or reinstalling.
