error messages

I get the following 3 error messages when I start my
computer at work (it is on a network). what do they mean?
Error message #1:



Windows Update



An error occurred calling "DllRegisterServer"
in "C:\WINNT\system32\msxml3.dll". (HRESULT = 80070005)



Error message #2:



Windows Update



An error occurred calling "DllRegisterServer"
in "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\System\OLEDB\sqlxmlx.dll". (HRESULT = 80004005)



Error message #3:



Windows Update



An error occurred calling "DllRegisterServer"
in "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\System\OLEDB\sqloledb.dll". (HRESULT = 80004005)

Looks like a permissions problem. Possibly and MDAC update was installed.
Ask your systems admin.
