help with deleted emails from server

Hi Guys please help!!

I just downloaded all my server emails and I forgot to check the option
"leave a copy on server."

So now, I have all the files on my computer and none on my webmail
server. (it's a pop3 and https server)

Is there anyway, I can send the emails back on server so I will have a
copy there too? Is there anyway to synch the server and outlook so the
server will have the same emails as my outlook does?
 
Other than forwarding the messages back to yourself... I don't think so
