Help With Contact Names

For some reason when I view my contacts in Outlook 2003 all of the
information is there but I cannot get it to display the contact name on the
little bar above the contact information.

I have tried help and messing with views but cannot find a way to get the
names to appear above the contact info.

I have tried to send a picture along so you can see. If I send the picture
wrong, I'll resend it.

Open the address book, and rightclick an entry, then properties, to set the
display name options.
