Help with conditional formatting with 2000

Thanks for your reply Ron - but I cannot find the histogram tool- I a
assuming it would be under the Tools dropdown menu- but it isn'
there.

Try under the Help Menu.

Help>Answer Wizard "histogram"

You will see that you need the Analysis Toolpak add-in loaded from
Tools>Add-ins.

This will place a new item on your Tools Menu called "Data Analysis"

Select that then "histogram" from the list of Functions presented.

You need to add the Analysis Tool Pack. Then it will be under Tools/Data
Analysis. Look at HELP for histogram.
