Mogan, go to Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices>Volume. Make sure the
slider is all the way to the
right towards High, Mute box is not checked and click on Advanced. Again
make sure that no mute box
is checked and the sliders are up at least half way. You can also check
the Speaker Volume Sliders.
1. Do you have speakers? [Don't laugh -- I have seen it]
2. Are the speakers plugged into the correct jack of the sound card?
3. Do the speakers have power?
4. Are the speakers turned on?
