Help with computer room design.

Hi all,
I have this room with three groups of computers, 1st-goup 15 new machines,
2nd group - 10-old machines, 3rd group - 6 old machines. There is a 8 port
hub connected to 8 of the computers in the 2nd group of ten computers, 2 of
which are not connected. this is uplinked to another 8 port hub connected
to the third group of 6 old computers. This is uplinked to a Cisco Catalyst
2950 12 port switch that connects to 10 of the 15 new machines. I have an 4
port dsl router, one combo access point, 2 wifi four ports each. There is
one unconnected dsl connection. There is a rack with 24 bays, but nothing
in it. I am not knowledgable of the Catalyst or the access point. This is
the current configuration and there has got to be a more efficient way to
set up the hardware. I would be very thankful for some tips.

Thanks
Randi

Connect as many computers (the faster ones) to the switch. Leave one
for the DSL connection as you're probably sharing that.
