Help with Computer Management

In Control Panel, Computer Management, my local user and grops icon has a
red X. When I click on it ti give me a invalid syntax error in Windows Xp
Pro.
This just started. I use to be able to open it up and manager users. Any
help as how to fix this. I think maybe a registry or dll cleaner may have
broke it.

Do not use any of these tools. See if the system restore tool helps.

Try either SFC /Scannow or a repair install. And stay away from registry
and dll cleaners.

Note that all updates have to be re-installed when done.
