Help with Animated Pictures

Can someone explailn on how to import animated pictures. I selected an
animated picture from MSN and tried to use it in an email I was about to
send. When I pasted the animated picture, it pasted as an attachement but
did not operate as an animated picture in the email

Also, I do lots of newsletters and was wondering if I could use animated
pictures on my word document as well. My newsletters are via email, and I
would like my newsletter to have animated pictures when one reads the
newletter.

I would appreciate if somewould could help me with these. Thanking you in
advance.
