HELP - with an Access program

I have designed a program for our ticket booth with our community theatre and
am having some problems with it. I need some help from someone I could email
the file to and then discuss the problems.

Why not post right here your table structure, 5-6 records of your data, and
explaination of your problem?

You need to be able to see the form and the difference on the report. I have
formulas to help automatically calculate taxes # of tickets X ticket price
etc. But on the tables and reposrts it doesnt show the amount. I need the
office to be able to print off reports showing totals

You post the names of your table, field names with their datatypes. Your
post a sample of your data - 5-6 records. You post the SQL of your query by
opening it in design view, Click on menu VIEW - SQL View, hightlight, copy,
and paste in a post. You say you have calculation in a form then copy the
Control/Row source and paste.

If you can not do the above then maybe someone else is willing to help.

No offense, but there are so many malicious users on USENET and the Internet
that most of us are not willing to receive and execute code from people we
do not know personally.

Too, newsgroups are not just a source for finding some one willing to do
free consulting / contract services -- they are intended to assist people
with problems, but let others see the problems and solutions as a learning
experience. (I trust you are aware than no one here in the newsgroup is paid
to respond or answer questions -- it is all volunteer effort to assist other
users.)
