help with activation

yes i do have a key but what happens after you reformat 10 times can you not
activate it the 11th time?
 
You may use the Product Key on up to 10 different computers. You may
reinstall Vista RC1 as many times as you like on each one of them.
 
Why on earth would you "reformat" 10 times - keep in mind that there is a
time constraint *May 2007).
 
If you have been testing since the first beta 1 release you might well have
reformatted 20 times. That's how it goes with beta testing. You try to
break the system so you can report a bug and...well...you break it.
