Help Windows Xp Service Pack 1a

I downloaded this and the iexplorer.exe unsuccessfully
didnt install. Then when I logged offline a popup popped
up and said the same thing. What do I do? What is
iexplorer? Thanks Im running windows xp home
 
iexplorer is the main file for internet explorer. Perhaps the installation
was unsuccessful and the message is telling you this. If you used windows
update then you need to run the update again, I assume your PC is
functioning OK.
