HELP!!! Windows & Web GUI design tool needed

Hi All,

We are currently looking to buy a Windows & Web GUI design tool. Our
company is doing softwares for Windows & Web application with Visual Studio
2008. Our clients will be using this tool to build screenshots. Projects
delivery should be faster with this tool. Do you have any suggestions ? Of
course, a Microsoft Parter product is better...
