help!!!!!!! windows auto restart at loading winxp screen

Using a WD HDD sata wif os installed wif it. Restart pc n
suddently when loading windows half way it restarts
without prompting any error. It keeps auto restarting
when loading windows halfway. I even use winxp cd to boot
up but it has an error screen come up.

Try using another hdd (ide maxtor) wif od installed to
boot up. It can boot up. But when i connect the PROBLEM
WD sata hhd n set it as SLAVE wif the bootable maxtor ide
hdd as MASTER, the same blue screen error page comes up.
Tat means i can't even use the bootable master hdd to
save my WD hdd.

Below the error page shows:

I also have this problem with a mates PC, runs thru to displaying 'Starting
Windows' in normal mode and when in safe mode displays safe mode then BSOD
but reboots instantly so am not able to catch what is said on the BSOD page

Any suggestions
