HELP!! Win2k Server Errrors

Everything was fine then these errors started to appear
now i cant get rid of them, why do they occur and how do
I stop them?

Hi John.

You might have a problem with performance Counters. Have a look in
HKLM\Sys\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Performance in the registry to see if the
performance counters are disabled.
