Help w/ CD Rom games for kids

what can we do to run a CD Rom game when it does not let
us install or autorun the game. we have enough RAM and
disk space. Is the game just not compatible w/2000? If so
is there anything we can do to run the game?

It depends on the reason that the game won't install. First is it even
compatible with Windows 2000. Your best approach would be to determine
the games operating system and hardware requirement by reading the game
install instructions. Also game manufactures typically have a FAQ on
their website to address installation difficulties that users may be
experiencing.
