Pictures and pages are fuzzy. Right clicking on a page or picture produces -
Refresh page with full quality. I would like to get back to having full
quality all the time but can't figure out how.

Hi,
Your ISP is compressing images to make pages download faster. AOL, NetZero,
Earthlink and others have this option. You should be able to turn it off
from (for example) My AOL> Preferences. You may have to explore a bit to
find where your ISP has hidden this option.

Your ISP's help pages should provide useful information.

Hope this helps,
