Help - the replies to my Email are blank!

the replies to my email from one specific company are blank (vanishing,
invisible), I just see my own message when they reply. I have to ask them to
resend the reply as a new message and it is fine.

Any solution for this

I'm have the same problem, but only with 1 user. Also if the message is
marked unread and you have message preview then you can see the first 2 lines
of the reply but if you open the message then you can not see any of it.
