So my windows mail came pre installed, every time I go to use it, it ask me
for a incoming and outgoing mail server address. I looked that up on the
internet for google and tried those and it didn't work. I'm so confused. How
do I intiatially set this email up to work. I know you guys are all
technologically advanced but I'm a novice at best so please keep it simple
the instructions, I appreciate your help and time in advance

The details depend on which email provider you are trying to use. Many
people choose their internet providers as their email providers also, since
most internet accounts include one or more email accounts. Either search
your email provider's web site for instructions, or tell us who your email
provider is in order to see if any of us already know where to find their
instructions.

If they provide instructions for Outlook Express, but none for Windows
Mail, the OE instructions will probably work under Windows Mail also
if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.
