HELP!!!! Taskbar off screen when I changed graphics card!

When I changed graphics card, the taskbar and other items
are off screen,(to the right) and I have to search for
them to get them back and when the screensaver comes on,
(Starfield) it is off center to the right. What is wrong
and how do I fix it!!

Perhaps if you installed the proper video card driver from the manufacturer
and changed the screen resolution/refresh rate, you would lose this problem.
