Cannot access Help & Support from Start Menu or anywhere
else. Got any idea out there?

Go to the following website and scroll down to Line 253, left side. "Restore
Help and Support Service". Click the link to download the file and double
click the file to merge.

Many thanks Ronnie,fix did not work, sorry. Will keep
looking for more info.The line was 235 not 253 a small
typo,thanks again,Graham.

OK, go to Start / Run and Copy/Paste the following line in the Open box:

%Windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe

Press OK. If this does start the help, go to the following website and
follow the instructions to create the .reg file there.

"Help and Support" link from Start Menu does not work:

All O.K. now. Got going by using Start-Run. Many thanks
