Help and Support Failure

Since installing SP2 I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS THE
HELP AND SUPPORT FUNTION FROM THE START MENUE OR INDEED
OTHER LOCATIONS.
IT WILL OPEN ON SOME INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS SUCH AS EXPLORER
BUT NOT IN THE NEW SECURITY CENTER.
HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS I HAVE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING I
CAN THINK OF.
