Help& Support on start menu yields no response.

Help& Support on start menu yields no response. The icon is there but no
response. Unable in which to open in run menu, or anywhere else on system. I
have searched the knowledge base which net me results that are useless!
I have had extremely dissapointing results with any help or support sites.
Is there some issue plaguing MS support? In the past 6 years I have never
been so frustrated! Any ideas?

I can't begin to express my gratitude for your prompt and accurate help! Not
to be greedy, but I have been in search of answers for what I believed to be
routine issues for 2 days and I have grown dismayed with the results thus
far.

The first;
Subject: quick launch is absent from task bar>check Quick launch 5/15/2006
10:19 PM PST

The Second;

Subject: Using error log to fix problems 5/15/2006 10:10 PM PST
