I'm having trouble with the Instant Support in Help &
Support Center. I've submitted various problems and hit
the send button, but always says I am not connected to
the internet. Please connect and your messages will be
sent. None are ever sent, so I therefore, get no
response. Also, the program continuously freezes up and
does not respond. Any suggestions?
