Hello all,
I have a big problem. My Help & Support Center is displayed in two
languages.
The left part is in english and the right in german. Where can I set the
language of the left part?

I have installed the MUI.

Hi Matias,

Make a backup copy of the file MLANG.DLL in the C:\Windows\system32 folder
(save it in some other location).
Manually extract the original mlang.dll file from XP CD-ROM.

See if it works. But, don't delete the current mlang.dll file.
