HELP! SONY USB Driver question

I have a SONY digital camcorder DVR TRV33 that I bought
two months ago. At that time I had WindowsME - I have
since upgraded to XP so the driver is no longer
compatible. Also, I have lost the original CD that had the
driver on it. This driver is nowhere to be found on the
web and all the people I talk to have no idea what I can
do. In fact, one guy at SONY said I should NOT use the
driver on the CD (eben if I DID have it) but should use
the one that is already installed with XP. I am totally
lost.

What do I do?
 
he is right .... all you have to do is delete/remove the original install
thru device manager ...... restart and plug in the camcorder and plug and
play will find it and load the new drivers ....
