HELP: Run Outlook 2003 using two different profiles at the same time???

Can anyone help me with the following question/problem, please: I have
Office 2003 and I use Outlook 2003 to read my mail, calendar scheduling,
etc. I have created to distinctly separate Outlook profiles. One is for
work (containing my work email account (using Exchange server), work
calendar, etc), the other is for my personal home usage (and contains my
email accounts for my personal/home usage, my personal calendar, etc.)

I can start my Outlook using the "/profile <profilename>" command-line
parameters. This works fine and when I startup with the work profile, I see
my work related stuff (email, calendar, tasks, etc.). When I startup with
my "personal" profile, I see my personal stuff (email, calendar, tasks,
etc.).

However, here is the PROBLEM: I CANNOT RUN TWO SESSIONS WITH TWO DIFFERENT
PROFILES AT THE SAME TIME...! When I start the first session with one
profile, it starts just fine. However, when I start the second session with
a new/different profile, it will start up and run fine, but the original
(first) session, will change to the new profile (the one started up
last)...!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RUN TWO DIFFERENT SESSIONS EACH WITH A DIFFERENT PROFILE
CONCURRENTLY? IF SO, HOW?

Thank you for your help,

Cameron

I have a similar set up, and wish Outlook could switch Profiles as smoothly
as Outlook Express switches "Identities." In Outlook, it's necessary to
close the program, then re-open it and select the alternate Profile. I
understand that when you choose "Switch Identity" from the Outlook Express
File menu, the program also actually closes and reopens in the selected
Identity. It's a much faster, smoother and less complicated way to do it
than in Outlook.

Add this to the Outlook wish list.

do you use windows xp? you can run both at once (in two different user
accounts) using fast user switching.
