Two Outlook Profiles

I have two Outlook profiles, but only need one. I recently obtained an
iPhone. Now when the iPhone syncs with my computer, my email goes to one
Outlook profile and my contacts and calendar go to another. How can I
merge/combine the the two Profiles into one and then delete the other?

I have an answer for you, in the form of a Help Topic.

A mail merge is a procedure in which you add names and addresses to mailing
labels, envelopes, form letters, catalogs, e-mails, or faxes for mass
distribution. You can begin a mail merge from either Microsoft Outlook or
Microsoft Word, and you complete it in Word, using either the Mail Merge
Wizard or the Mail Merge toolbar.

Important If you are using Outlook 2003 you must use Word 2003 for the mail
merge feature to work properly.

You can use your Outlook Contacts folder as the data source for the mail
merge, providing the names and addresses that will be merged into the main
document (main document: In a mail-merge operation in Word, the document that
contains the text and graphics that are the same for each version of the
merged document, for example, the return address or salutation in a form
letter.).

You can choose which contacts will be part of the mail merge in three ways:

Select contacts from the Contacts folder by clicking them while holding down
the CTRL key.

Create a separate contacts folder and copy only the contacts you need to
that folder.

Create a custom view of the Contacts folder. For example, you can create a
view that contains only your contacts from a particular state/ province and
then send a custom e-mail message to them only.

For more information about choosing the contacts to include in the mail
merge, see Using contacts as a data source for a mail merge.

Once you decide which contacts to include, you can further specify which
contact fields to include. For example, you might want First Name, Last Name,
Street Address, and ZIP/ Postal code, but not Country/ Region.

When you start a mail merge from Outlook, the contacts you select are
exported to a temporary mail merge source file, to a printer, or to an e-mail
message, depending on what option you choose. You can save the temporary mail
merge source file if you want to use the same contacts for future mail merges.

Note Personal distribution lists in the Contacts folder cannot be included
in a mail merge. You do not have to remove the personal distribution lists
from Contacts, however. Outlook will ignore them.

Here's a summary of the important stuff:

If you are using Outlook 2003, you have to use Word 2003 for it to work the
way it's supposed to. This is obviously VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!

Does each profile have its own .pst file? If yes, then remove one of the profiles after determining the path to the .pst file. Open that file in the other profile and add its contents to your .pst file which you should now make your default.

Yeah, I guess I don't know what I'm saying. I saw "profiles" and "merge,"
and I have been going through Help Topics and Searches extensively; and I
guess I linked those two together when I remembered what I had seen in one or
a few of the Topics. I suppose I acted wrongly, and gave our poor friend B2
falsified information when all he really needed was some of our best advice
for his dire urgent problem. I'm sorry.

Since all my contacts and calendar information is on my iPhone, can I just
delete one of the Outlook profiles? At the next sync, since the iPhone can
only find one profile, will the data then sync to that one and only profile?

I don't use an iPhone nor iTunes so your best bet for assistance is an iTunes forum.
