Help Request :After The Installation Of Windows XP Service Pack 2

As soon as I finished with the installation of the Windows XP Service Pack 2
,my windows stopped operating completely and after reboot I received a blue
screen with an error message that winsrv stopped functioning, i.e: an error
message 0000136.

Any ideas on how to recover my OS ?
