Help Recovering File from Floppy Drive

A word Doc was saved to a disc that now comes up as
unformatted. How do I go about accessing the file off the
disc or the c: drive. "Search" or find on the c: drive
comes up with the file names but says the shortcut does
not exist. The a: drive comes up as drive not formatted.

You will need some type of data recovery program to recover files from
the floppy. Something like Norton Utilities.
