HELP! Problem downloading

I'm trying to download a moon calender, I've followed the instructions explicitly but I get "Can't run 16-bit Windows Program,Access to the specified device, path or file is denied
Can anyone Help? PLEASE!!
 
Find a different Moon Calendar.
