Help PleaseDEll PE2600 & PERC & W2K

I received a call from Dell that I needed BIOS updates on
my PERC 4D/i.

Dell sent a tech to upgrade our box. They said it would
take 30 minutes and it was a simple upgrade. That was on
Monday at 9:30 AM, as of right now my server is still out
of comission and the only answer that I get from tech
support is that I need to reload Windows Small Business
Server from the ground up. I just spent $4K getting this
box setup configured and put into service.

Here is what happened.

The Tech applied the System Bios update A09. He then
applied the ESM update. Next he tried booting the box to
apply the PERC windows 200 driver and windows would not
start with a BSOD -

STOP 0x00000067 (0x0000004,0x0000007,...........

CONFIG_INITIALIZATION_ERROR

He then went ahead and upgraded the PERC bios with FW227.
Windows will not load still. I've tried safe mode,
command prompt, every option and all I get is the same
BSOD. I used the new PERC windows 200 driver and my cd to
get to the recovery console and tried replacing the
mraid2k.sys file with the new one ( I know this isn't the
right way to add a new driver but I'm desperate and trying
everyhting to just get it up once to get the right driver
on it). I don't know if it is truly the PERC driver that
is causing the problem. Windows stopped working after the
system BIOS and ESM update.

Any help would be appreciated. I do not want to spend
another $4K to reconfigure the box from the ground up.
Since I just placed it into service and had not completed
the install I did not have a backup setup, I had planned
on using the Tape drive on our other server with Veritas
but had not gotten ot it yet.
